Since 1985, the Immigrant Orientation and Integration Service (SOIT) has played a key role in the professional and social integration of immigrants in Quebec. With over forty years of expertise, SOIT supports thousands of people each year on their path to employment, taking into account their skills, aspirations, and the realities of the Quebec labour market. Through a human, inclusive, and tailored approach, the organization offers guidance, job preparation, mentoring, and employer collaboration services, thereby contributing to building a diverse, skilled, and sustainable workforce.
The Employment Assistance Service (SAE), the Employment Preparation Project (PPE) and the Specialized Guidance Support Service (SASO) support individuals at each stage of their journey towards employment by strengthening their skills .
